Our hotel block at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa has filled much sooner than normal. A limited number of rooms remain at the hotel, and will be offered at our special rate until the hotel is completely booked. Once the hotel is booked, attendees will be asked to seek alternate accommodations on their own. Please do not delay in making your room reservation.

Please note the resort highly encourages online reservations as they are short staffed for phone reservations and that could mean long queues and late call backs. If the website shows that our room block is full, please call the hotel at 800-968-7352 to verify. Mention the RE/MAX Regional Conference or the code RMX0222. Our room block officially closes on January 11, 2022, but rooms will continue to be offered at the following rates as long as they are available.

RE/MAX of Michigan has negotiated the following special rates with the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa for the attendees of the 2022 Regional Conference:

Hotel Guestroom - $130 for 1 king or 2 doubles
Tower Guestroom - $153 for 1 king or 2 queens
Studio Condominium at the Shores - $130 for 1 king or 1 queen
One Bedroom Condominium - $153 for a 1 bedroom with king or queen and a pullout queen sofa sleeper
Two Bedroom Condominium - $216 bed configuration depends on location
Three Bedroom Condominium - $309 bed configuration depends on location
Taxes: 6% state tax and 5% visitor's bureau assessment
The daily resort fee is $14.95, which includes use of the Health Club, seasonal access to outdoor pools and The Beach Club, preferred pricing for golf and tennis, wireless internet service for guest rooms and condominiums, voicemail message service, unlimited toll free and credit card access phone calls, use of Resort safety deposit box, parking, golf bag storage, and shuttle to Cherry Capital Airport and Turtle Creek Casino. The resort fee will be automatically posted to your guest room account. Fee and services are subject to change.

Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, and rooms will likely sell out, so please do not delay in making your reservations. Rooms in our block are only available to registered guests of the Regional Conference & Awards Gala. Rooms reserved by non-registrants will be cancelled.
